How do I get started?

Youtube classes

Here you will find a whole library of workouts sectioned into Beginners, Intermediate/Advanced, Senior and Standing sessions. group classes online

Taught via Zoom, these classes are 60 minutes long and follow a carefully composed structure where you build on the same set of exercises each week for a short block of time, just like a school term. I can offer modifications and advice to make the workout feel more effective to you.
