Live Group Classes Online
Classes via zoom
Taught via Zoom, these classes are 60 minutes long and follow a carefully composed structure where you build on the same set of exercises each week for a short block of time, just like a school term. Each block is 6-8 weeks long and you can take one or book yourself in for the whole term. Each term is different in what we will focus on so this is a great way to add to your fitness and keep you accountable as I can see you and offer advice, modifications, corrections and ways to make the workout feel more effective for you.
When you book a class, you will receive an email invitation with details of the Zoom session. You can either open this on your home PC or your mobile. Just click on the link next to “How” in the email and you will be taken to a new page where you will either be asked to download or launch Zoom, depending on whether you have used Zoom before.
I will open the ‘waiting room' 10 minutes before class so you can get set up, please make sure your mat is visible as this means I can see you and help you. I come online at the start time, please note I record myself teaching the session so the class can be offered On Demand for those who can’t make the class live If you would like to purchase a class live or On Demand click below.
