Did you know standing up for longer actually lengthens your life? It’s proven scientific fact so wherever you are, whether you’re in a lockdown or not this is for you. Seven days of standing exercise that builds in intensity and will build your health, your strength and your emotional wellbeing. All you have to do is show up, click on the picture below and follow my lead. I’ve curated the workouts from my YouTube channel to give you a varied programme which will not only help you get fitter and healthier but help manage your emotional wellbeing too. Pilates is a mind and body experience and it works best when we use both. And, as we move into 2021 with hope for a better, brighter future it’s more important than ever that we keep moving.
This 7 Day Pilates program is for anyone looking to improve their core stability, flexibility, mobility and enjoy the benefits of the deep mind body connection that consistent practice brings.
