This workshop is made for busy people who are struggling with their weight or body shape, are most likely totally fed up of dieting, counting calories and yo-yoing results. They might be confused about the conflicting information out there, and rather disheartened at the way the weight has crept up on their waistline. Despite working hard at losing it, it is just not shifting. But there is a solution!

This workshop is open to anyone over the age of 18 of any fitness level.


Rachel - is an Award Winning Certified Pilates Instructor with specialisms in training Mature Clients, Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies as well as a Dance Specialisation. She is passionate about passing on the many benefits of Pilates to others - including how to build strong postural muscles, improve body composition and improve overall muscle strength which can help you to store less fat around your middle. 

Ali - is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist who relishes helping busy people increase their energy, improve their eating habits without going hungry – and lose weight healthily. Ali loves to translate the latest nutrition science into practical nutritional nudges that pack a real punch.
