A wonderful way to start getting the body back into shape post pregnancy, whilst bonding with your baby. No need for a baby sitter! Just bring your baby along to class, and meet like-minded women who are sharing your journey and your stage of life. Make friends, work out and all with baby beside you!

This class is designed to strengthen the body post birth, to rebuild your core safely and effectively, and get you feeling strong and able to cope with the demands of being a new mum.


Please note: You must have permission from your doctor to return to exercise for this class. And please bring a comfy mat for baby to wiggle around on!
