A class in the traditional free flowing Pilates style to challenge your body.

This class will increase your strength, stamina, and flexibility as well as work both small and large muscle groups, creating muscle strength and tone to give you a longer, leaner look, and a fitter, stronger body.

This is a level 2 & 3 class and the perfect compliment to the Pilates Flow class on Tuesdays.
