Summer on The Ball - Level 1, 2 & 3

It’s a little ball with big results! The small stability ball is a great way to find a deep connection to your core as it both supports your body whilst adding a whole new dimension of challenge to the traditional exercises. Utilising the ball will enhance the workout and help to develop strength, endurance and concentration as well as promoting relaxation and co-ordination. This class will tone your arms, back, bottom and thighs as well as enhance your core strength. It’s a great stand alone class as well as a wonderful addition to your regular Pilates class.
