Equipment sessions offer a bespoke premium approach to your fitness training. This way of training requires commitment and focus as the sessions are weekly at a regular time - and as a result you will receive the same level of commitment and focus on my part, as we work towards your goals together.
Working in a specially equipped Pilates studio, you will have the opportunity to discuss your fitness needs and goals, after which I will create an individual programme for you utilising all of the Pilates equipment.
The studio is fully equipped with state of the art Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Jump board and many other small pieces of equipment to help release, unwind as well as strengthen the body.
Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced Pilates practitioner we will work at the pace and the level that suits you; you choose how you like to work and I'll match the sessions to you.
Whether you want a gentle rehabilitation programme, a maintenance regime to complement a sport you're involved in, pre or post natal exercise or a high level athletic programme to get you into shape for your next big event, this is for you.
Pilates equipment is unique in fitness training. It can work equally well for the able, or not so able bodied client. The original designs created by Joseph Pilates allow a piece of equipment to either support your body, or challenge it during the many different combinations of exercise from the Pilates repertoire.
As your body and capabilities change so will your programme, accommodating changes in strength, flexibility and endurance. It's guaranteed to leave you feeling motivated, strong and ready for whatever your day may hold. You can chose to train on your own, or share a session with a friend or partner.

Single class from £70
Block of 8 sessions £570 (Pre-paid and must be used within 10 weeks)
Flexi block of 4 sessions £300 (Pre-paid and must be used within 20 weeks)
Shared single class £110 (£55 per person)
Block of 8 shared sessions £400 (Price per person. Pre-paid and must be used within 10 weeks)
Please note, if you wish to cancel your class, you must do so over 24 hours in advance the class is due to take place, otherwise the full fee will be charged - Although I will do my very best to accommodate your needs and be as flexible as possible within the time I have available.
Private Mat Work Classes
These one-to-one mat-work classes are for those clients who would like the more personalised attention of a private session. Ideally suited for new-comers to Pilates, or those needing a little extra attention following for example surgery, or injury.
Also a great class to take if you want to work on more specific aspects of your fitness, with tailor made, one to one attention from Rachel and a chance to develop at the pace you choose. This class can include small Pilates equipment such as the Pilates Ring, Foam Roller, Flex band and Small Pilates Ball.
Private Mat work Classes can be purchased in a group of 3 for £195 (for new clients), individually for £80 per class or in a block of 4 for £300. They are held at The Hayloft Studio in Chiswick on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Book on-line or e-mail the business for more information or to make a booking.

Private Training in Pregnancy
Also, in the Private Equipment Studio at the Hogarth Health Club in Chiswick, Rachel teaches specialised Pregnancy Pilates one-to-one classes. The Pilates equipment in the studio is perfect for the specific requirements of Pre and Postnatal women, and Rachel is able to give personal, one-to-one attention to each client.
Rachel is certified by The Centre For Women’s Fitness as a specialist in Pre & Postnatal Pilates, Diastasis Recti Recovery and Pelvic Floor Health. So be assured you are in the safest of hands. Over the years, Rachel has helped dozens of women through their pregnancies and post birth recovery.
