Pilates on the ball - level 1, 2 &3

It’s a little ball with big results! The stability ball is a great way to find a deep connection to your core as it both supports your body whilst adding a whole new dimension of challenge to the exercises. It aids your core connection by helping you feel where you are engaging from as you go through the exercises, it also enhances your strength and muscle tone by adding different challenges to traditional exercises. This class will tone your arms , abs, bottom and thighs as well as enhance your core strength. It’s a great stand alone class as well as a wonderful addition to your regular Pilates class.
