This class will increase your strength, stamina, and flexibility as well as work both small and large muscle groups, creating muscle strength and tone to give you a longer, leaner look, and a fitter stronger body.
Taught with the Californian method, where one movement flows straight into the next, this is a great class if you have Pilates experience and want the extra endorphin buzz that comes from a faster paced class with more challenging exercises.
