Welcome to 2022! Let's start the year with kindness......
Hello Pilates friends, family and buddies,
And a very Happy New Year! I am really looking forward to helping you continue your wellbeing journey in 2022.
This year I want you to focus on self care and kindness, taking care of yourself is the most important thing in your life because if you feel good, not only will you benefit but so will everyone around you. So as we move into the New Year let's start with a basic kindness; no guilt about what you ate or drank at Christmas and no punishing fitness goals. Let's just get moving and working on taking care of our health.
I know how much this time of year can be difficult for you especially with the world as it is right now so I have created a playlist for you to get you moving this first week back in January. It includes our live sessions this week plus some optional sessions for those of you feeling pain, stiffness and a little lethargy post Christmas. We are easing our way into the year as that is the surefire way to create a healthy habit of daily workouts. There are 10 in the Playlist for this week, feel free to choose which sessions suit you, move the sessions around, choose other sessions or do them all, as you wish! A little movement everyday will help build mobility, create more flexibility and strength.
